In most cases, your parcel will be delivered within the estimated times shown below. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors.

These estimated delivery times do not include the additional 1 to 5 day processing time to prepare your order for shipment.
Tracking Information
You will receive shipping confirmation emails regarding your parcel once it has been handed over to the logistics team. Please keep an eye out for these emails so you can track your parcel. You may receive multiple shipping emails if you have purchased several items.

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, Belgium, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Bulgaria, Italy, Germany and more.
We do not ship to:
Philippines, Austria, South America, Africa, India, Costa Rica, United States (Puerto Rico), New Caledonia and other countries.

Customs
The majority of our products are shipped successfully without incurring any fees. However, if you do incur a charge we are more than happy to cover 50% of the fee via a partial refund.
We are not responsible for any delays during customs checks as we have no control over the shipping times once a parcel is shipped out.
Why are some items shipped separately?
If you have purchased multiple items from Kyootii we may provide multiple tracking links to avoid damages during transit and customs delays. We always try our best to combine your items into single parcels but occasionally, items are shipped out separately due to size and weight restrictions, and reduce shipping costs. In either case, you will be able to track each individual item in real time.
Not available to receive your parcel?
You will receive shipping updates via email and/or SMS. Please be available to receive your parcel when it is ready for delivery or collection. If for any reason you are unavailable, please contact your local post office so they are aware of this, or ask a family or friendly neighbour to receive it on your behalf.
Lost, held or stolen parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered by the shipping courier but you have yet to receive your parcel. It may be possible that your parcel was lost, stolen, delivered incorrectly or is still being delivered. Please get in touch with us via email with your order number and problem as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels if you are delivering a parcel to a shared location like a shop, restaurant, business, or an apartment whereby there are many residents that can accept your parcel.
We are not responsible for any missing or returned parcels when the shipping information provided at checkout is incorrect. We may put your order on hold and send you an email to verify your address if there is an issue with the shipping address.
Please report a missing parcel to Kyootii via email within 60 days of your order or within 10 days of your parcel being marked as delivered. If you contact us after this time frame, the postal service will find it difficult to investigate your parcel and we may not be able to provide a reshipment or refund.
My order has not arrived yet
If your order is still in transit after 90 days, you are entitled to a reshipment free of charge. Please report any parcels that have yet to arrive to our friendly team via email at info@kyootii.com with your order number and the item(s) missing. You have 14 days to report any missing parcels after 90 days from the original order date.
Missing parcels
When a parcel is delivered by the shipping courier, you will receive a delivery confirmation email from us.
Sometimes, a parcel may be marked as delivered by the shipping courier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your parcel, here is what we suggest:
For US customers
USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a parcel as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait a few business days, as your parcel could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive in the next following days.
Please contact your local USPS post office for more information regarding your parcel as they will be able to provide accurate information.
If your parcel still does not show up after a few days, please call USPS to file a claim and contact us via email at info@kyootii.com.
For all INTERNATIONAL customers
Please check your door/mailbox for a note from your local post office. If you have received a note or text message, it may have provided you with further instructions to receive your parcel.
Contact your local post office for more information as they will be able to provide helpful information to locate your parcel.
If you are unable to receive information from your local post/customs office, please contact us for additional assistance. The Kyootii Team will work hard to locate your missing parcel and provide solutions for the situation at hand.
Ordering for a special occasion
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time for any special occasions including parties, weddings, anniversaries, Christmas, etc.
If your item arrives later than expected and you would like to return an item please email us within 14 days of the parcel arriving. You then have another 14 days to send the items back to our address in Asia or Australia at your own cost depending on the most convenient option.
What happens to my order if it can't be delivered and is returned to Kyootii?
All shipments returned to Kyootii are considered “undeliverable”. Reasons for undeliverable shipments may include an incorrect or unknown shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels held by the courier.
If your parcel is returned to Kyootii, please send us an email at info@kyootii.com with your order number within 90 days of shipment. Reshipments may incur handling and reshipment fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping.
If you decide to cancel your order when a parcel has been returned you will be charged a 10% processing and handling fee which will be deducted from your refund.
